Data Rights Support
For Vettly Family parents and guardians.
Self-Serve Controls
In the Vettly Family app, use the Family tab to manage teen profiles and paired devices. Use the Privacy section in iOS Settings or the Privacy & data section in Android Settings for account-level controls. You can:
- Unpair a teen device and revoke Companion device tokens
- Delete a child profile and linked active child data
- Close the parent account and remove active family access
- Request a data export with an audit trail and 30-day response SLA
In Vettly Bridge on the family Mac, choose Disconnect this Mac to remove its saved token, backup permission, and local upload checkpoints.
Export Requests
Export requests are request-based. Vettly logs the request, shows the request status in app, and responds within 30 days unless a shorter period is required by applicable law.
